U.S.L. uses the very best and newest locating technology available. Our technicians are professionally trained experts with at least 10 years experience. Our equipment is compiled of various battery operated radio transmitters and receivers that are used to trace any buried metallic utility ( telephone, electrical, water, fuel lines tec. ). In cases where the makeup of the buried utility is non-metallic(sewer, drainage, concrete ducts tec. ), a transmitting sonde is inserted into the subject structure, and is then traced above ground by a hand held receiver. In any case, an accurate location and depth (up to 40 feet ) of any underground utility or structure can be determined.
